Through CareerLaunch’s industry panels, networking sessions, and interactive workshops, accomplished women reveal the new world of business and help you envision your role in it. Regardless of major, all undergraduate women with an interest in business will benefit from their insights.

5:30 p.m.	Welcome Introduction of Forté Foundation
5:40 p.m.	Introduction to a Career in Business Join Cornell to learn about your career options with an MBA. You'll hear from Johnson students, tips for getting into business school and what the experience will be like, and how mentors help with the process and career opportunities.
6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.	Women in Business Panel This panel discussion focuses on mentorships for several career paths. Discover how to find a mentor and what's required to have a successful relationship.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.	Networking and Refreshments We encourage students to engage with our panelists and current students after the panel to form relationships and to ask further advice.
