For those of you that have participated in the Deloitte WIN blog, this will work much the same way. The flow of thoughts and ideas is what this is all about. This blog focuses on exploring the issues related to recruiting and retaining top female talent in your workplace. So, if you want to share gardening tips, do's and don'ts for playing mahjong or cheesburger recipes, this is probably not the right place for you.

Honesty, decency and mutual respect should be par for the course. And while we're on the topic, leave the fangs at home. This isn't to stifle the conversation, but to ensure that we can continue to have it for a long time to come. Remember, this is not a personal site so comments will be reviewed and posted with first names and locations only.

And, of course, if you have burning (even just smoldering) ideas for topics, responses to postings, or anything else you’d like to throw out there, just send them along.
