Trailblazing social entrepreneur Chelsea C. Williams is the Founder and CEO of Reimagine Talent Consulting (formally College Code), a uniquely comprehensive company offering talent and workforce development, DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) solutions, and education for employers, nonprofits, and educational institutions.
As a Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year, Chelsea is leading national efforts to reimagine the workplace, using her expertise to advise consciously inclusive organizations and leaders. She’s also earned an international reputation as a compelling, highly effective public speaker, engaging audiences worldwide on topics ranging from, engaging and retaining GenZ at work to fostering inclusive and equitable teams. She has partnered with organizations including: Ben & Jerry’s, Kate Spade, Coca Cola Foundation, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
Chelsea earned a BA in economics from Spelman College, then spent a decade on Wall Street managing human capital across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Genevieve leads the team responsible for career coaching and providing career education to Stern MBAs in industry exploration, job search strategy, networking, interviewing, offer negotiation and more. Prior to joining Stern, she spent 6 years coaching and teaching undergraduate students in career development at NYU. She also spent a decade working at nonprofits in public relations and career and leadership development roles as well as time as a teacher and administrator in K-12 education.
Ms. Granados is an executive vice president and account manager responsible for servicing and business development for PIMCO's Latin American and Caribbean institutional clients. She is also a founding member of PIMCO Juntos and serves on the steering committee. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2012, she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C., where she coordinated a debt management initiative of Latin American and Caribbean governments. Previously, she worked on risk management of foreign reserves at the Central Bank of Colombia. She has 15 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She received an undergraduate degree from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
Ms. Clancy is an executive vice president, head of PIMCO Latin America and the Caribbean, and co-head of the PIMCO New York office. Based in New York, she is responsible for setting strategic direction for the Latin America region and leading a team of PIMCO professionals to deliver innovative investment solutions and best-in-class service to Latin American clients. Ms. Clancy also serves on PIMCO’s global risk committee. She is a founding member of PIMCO Juntos and serves on the steering committee. Previously at PIMCO, she was head of the private client group and head of business strategy for PIMCO's U.S. global wealth management team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2010, she worked at Platinum Grove Asset Management, a fixed income relative value hedge fund manager, and in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. She has 15 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics and international relations from Brown University.
Amy is the Director of Professional Programs at Forté, a role in which she introduces women to new ideas and deep networks. She is focused on finding new ways to leverage and extend Forté's programming to support both professional women and the organizations in which they operate. Amy is also a co-author and architect of the Forté Allies for Gender Equity (formerly Men as Allies) initiatives which offer men a framework to be stronger allies in gender equity.
Prior to Forté, Amy was the Director of Professional Education and Training at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), managing a portfolio of onsite and online conferences, symposia and training events. Prior to that, Amy was the Director of the MBA Program Office and Student Services at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, Amy has also worked as an educational consultant, providing clients with program design and delivery, assessment and strategy input, and workshop facilitation and leadership program development. Amy holds a Master of Education from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Government and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Philadelphia with her human, canine, and feline daughters.
Jessica Guerrero is currently the Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) for Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM), leading a team to define, articulate and implement Cloud GTM's DEI business strategy, and is part of the extended Cloud GTM Strategy and Operations organization. Simultaneously, Jessica also serves as a strategic advisor to The Wharton School's MBA Program for Executives (WEMBA) on their DEI strategy. Before joining Google, Jessica spent time at NYU Langone Health as the Director for Diversity and Inclusion, where she led the organization in envisioning and operationalizing their D&I strategy. Before that, she served as the Senior Associate Director for Diversity at Wharton, where she led the MBA Program's diversity, belonging and inclusion initiatives. Earlier in Jessica's career, she held numerous diversity related roles at NYU (main campus), Princeton University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Jessica earned a Bachelor's from Lehigh University, double majoring in Sociology and English, and a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. Jessica was proudly born and raised in South Philly and currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, Oscar and four children Lluvia (8), Beau (5), Luna (2) and Sonny (1)!
