Women MBA's Virtual Career Fair
September 29, 2010

Join us this Fall for the Women MBA's 2010 Virtual Career Fair.  Forté Foundation is proud to join Women MBA’s 2010 Virtual Career Fair as an organization partner.  Top MBA women from around the country will be there along with national recruiters from leading companies including Forté sponsors.  This virtual career fair allows you to video chat and interview with employers from around the country, from your home computer or laptop.  Traditional career fairs have become very expensive to attend and many companies have reduced their campus recruiting visits.  When you add in time away from school online interviewing makes more sense than ever.  Over 500 women MBAs from top schools are expected to register.  There is no cost for you to attend the virtual career fair and no software to download but space is limited.  Please review the attached invitation and sign up at www.womenmbavirtualcareerfair.com!  If you have any questions, please contact Anne Montoya at anne.montoya@womenmbavirtualcareerfair.com.

Career Lab for Undergraduates
Spring 2011

The Forté Career Lab Events provide college-aged women with information about business options available to them once they graduate, including seeking a career in business and a graduate business education.  Diverse and successful women leaders discuss their paths, and provide insight on how the MBA has played a key role in their lives.  Women seeking undergraduate degrees in all areas of study are invited to participate.  The Forté Career Lab Events are held on sponsor school campuses around the country each semester.  

Corporate Best Practices Summit
Spring 2011

A gathering of thought leaders at Forté sponsor companies focused on breaking through issues related to recruitment and retention of high-potential female talent, including flexibility, generational differences, and women’s leadership styles. Forté sponsors have exclusive access to the best and brightest minds from other sponsor companies at the Summit and are invited to network across companies and industries, hear cutting edge research, share successes and seek guidance on challenges, and collaborate with peers in pursuit of practical and actionable solutions to female recruitment and retention challenges.

The Forté MBA Company Expo is an event for women attending Forté sponsor schools, MBA women participating in the Forté MBA Women's Conference, and Forté Fellows. The company expo offers women the ability to network with some of the most prestigious corporations in finance, consulting, consumer products, high tech and healthcare.  It also offers the opportunity to talk one-on-one with recruiters from a wide range of industries about their employment opportunities and company culture, and share your professional interests and goals.
