Each year, this meeting provides opportunities for Forté school and corporate partner representatives to connect and share best practices, gain insights on topics pertaining to women in business, and receive an annual update from Forté.

This year, we are pleased to feature Laura Liswood, author of the new book The Elephant and the Mouse: Moving Beyond the Illusion of Inclusion to Create a Truly Diverse and Equitable Workplace (Wiley & Sons), a sequel to The Loudest Duck (Wiley & Sons, 2009), as our Partner Meeting keynote speaker. Laura is an international, award-winning speaker who conveys her insights regarding leadership, diversity, women in politics, and business to both large and small audiences. In her speeches, she describes the actions needed for successful DE&I efforts and explores questions surrounding the myths of leadership and lessons of leaders. She is the Secretary General of the Council of Women World Leaders in Washington, DC.

In The Elephant and the Mouse, Laura builds upon the groundbreaking book, The Loudest Duck and delivers a thought-provoking and insightful new business guide that explores more modern practices that embrace — and benefit from — the differences between people.

Connect with hundreds of incoming MBAs before they get to campus! Introduce your company, corporate culture, future employment prospects, and recruiting practices. It’s a unique chance to discuss internships and full-time employment with incoming MBA women from Forté partner schools.

The attendee Resume Book will be sent to corporate partners before the event.

Conference Networking Site

All partners will have a dedicated page on the conference networking site. Your page is customizable and will allow you to identify and communicate with conference attendees before/during/after the conference and to generate lead/contact lists from women you connect with at the career expo. Additional information and instructions will be sent to primary partner reps and all conference registrants.
