2014 Forté MBA Women's Leadership Summit

Gender Parity Today: Implications for Women and their Careers

Much societal progress has been made in recent decades to ensure gender equality. Women are well represented at all education levels, in many professional paths, and in early to mid-level roles in business. However, work still needs to be done to ensure that more women bring their talent, skills and perspective to top leadership roles in business.

At a minimum, a perception gap exists between men and women regarding access to opportunities and as a result, organisations are not engaging the breadth of talent available.

How can we address the misperceptions that exist and what should individual women do as they navigate their career to ensure they are ideally positioned to achieve their goals?

Join us in London or Paris for an in-depth review and discussion of the latest findings on gender parity in business, including insights for navigating your career and coaching others.

  • Access the latest findings pertaining to gender parity and business leadership (presented by Darci Darnell, Partner, Bain & Company)
  • Obtain personal insights from a distinguished panel of executive women that will help you navigate your own career and advise others
  • Build your professional network among women in Europe, including those who hold MBAs from leading business programmes in Europe and North America
  • Connect with representatives of Forté's sponsors and leading companies in Europe
