Future-proof your career at a Forté Forum.

The workplace is asking for different things than it did five years ago. Employers want people who can lead a team, solve a messy problem, and make a smart call when things shift. Come find out how an MBA actually gets you there, straight from the people who'd know, and see what it could mean for your paycheck now and ten years from now.

Our Forums are drop-in style. Join us whenever you can.

How to Create Career Options
More skills. More opportunities. More earning power.

A fireside chat with:

  • Taania & Natasha Khan

    Taania and Natasha Khan
CEO, YourMatrix & CEO, Khancept Inc
    Columbia School of Business

Taania and Natasha Khan are identical twin sisters who earned their MBAs together from Columbia Business School in 2025. Both built their careers in real estate and have since gone on to lead their own companies. Natasha serves as CEO of Khancept Inc, while Taania leads YourMatrix, with her post-MBA work also extending into technology and telecommunications.

The sisters co-host a podcast together, a natural extension of two career paths that ran in parallel long before converging at Columbia. Now based in San Ramon, California, they bring a shared but distinct lens to entrepreneurship, real estate, and what it takes to build a company from the ground up.

At our San Francisco Forum, Taania and Natasha will join us for a joint Fireside Chat on their journey through business school as twins, the ventures they’ve launched since graduating, and how they’ve built separate companies while staying connected as sisters and business partners.

Event conclusion

  • Real conversations with admissions reps.
Ask the stuff you'd never type into a search bar.
  • An honest answer on whether an MBA pays off.
Hear how it changed the skills, salary, and security of someone who's already been through it.
  • Stories from women who've been exactly where you are.
Alumnae and business leaders talk about how they made big career decisions
  • People in your corner after the night ends.
Peers, admissions reps, and professionals who stick around past the forum.
  • A next step, not just a collection of flyers.
Something you can actually act on this month.
BEFORE FORUM DAY

Show Up With Your Answer Already in Hand

Take our one-minute quiz to see where you stand on business school. Then bring your results to the forum and use them to start a conversation that goes a lot further than a search engine ever could.

Is the event free?

Yes.

Do I need to be applying to an MBA program this year?

Nope. Whether you’re just starting to weigh it or ready to hit submit, you’ll get to talk to real people and walk away with real information.

Can I attend if I'm unsure about getting an MBA?

That’s actually most people. Plenty of attendees show up to figure out if business school fits their goals at all, not because they’ve already decided.

What should I wear?

Business casual works well.

How long is the event?

Forté Forums run about three and a half hours, but it’s drop-in style, so come and go as your schedule allows.

Who is this event for?

Honestly, anyone trying to figure out their next move:

  • College students weighing career paths and grad school
  • Early-career professionals ready to speed things up
  • Mid-career professionals considering a leadership jump or a pivot
  • Anyone still asking whether an MBA is the right call
