Ashley Lautzenheiser

Director, Pre-MBA Programs

Ashley Lautzenheiser is the Director of Pre-MBA Programs at Forté. She is responsible for all pre-MBA and early career programming, and connects women around the globe to resources and opportunities within the business world.

Prior to Forté, Ashley spent over a decade in admissions and recruitment — most recently at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and rescue pit bull.

Sarah Duerr

Manager, Early Career Programs

Sarah Duerr is a Program Manager on the Pre-MBA team at Forté. She primarily oversees the MBALaunch (live) program and assists with additional early career programming.

Prior to joining Forté, Sarah spent 10+ years in recruiting and admissions — most recently at Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Through her more than five years at Fisher, she became familiar with the mission and vision of Forté. She is happy to be part of a team with a strong passion to make a difference in the personal and professional lives of women.

A native of Ohio, Sarah lives in Lancaster, OH with her husband Jeremy, their son Archie, and their dog Garth.

Melissa Graham

Coordinator, Early Career Programs

Melissa Graham is Coordinator of Early Career Programs at Forté where she facilitates the organization's Early Career/Pre-MBA initiatives.

Prior to joining the Programs Team, Melissa enjoyed several years in her role as Executive Assistant to Elissa Sangster, CEO of Forté. She has spent over a decade in various roles within the organization and loves its mission of increasing the number of More Women Leading.

She resides in a small community outside of Austin with her husband, daughter, and various furry and feathery babies.
