MBANext
Propel your post-MBA career with professional development and peer support.
Now that you have your MBA, your career trajectory is on the rise. You've worked hard to get here, and you have what it takes to be a leader — but as you level up in the business world, you’ll continue to face challenges and obstacles.
Every woman’s career is different, but many of us encounter similar barriers and biases in the workplace, and we can help each other navigate them. MBANext is a series of workshops and peer-to-peer advisory groups designed to connect women across industries.

MBANEXT HIGHLIGHTS
MBANext is for women who have completed their MBA experience. Your MBA is a tremendous asset, and you'll develop your skills even further as you put everything you learned in management class into practice. But when you have questions, you may be unsure where to turn. Join MBANext to benefit from:
- Interactive leadership workshops designed specifically for post-MBA women on topics such as creating a coaching culture and establishing credibility as a leader
- Peer advisory groups where women discuss issues that arise in the workplace and strategize solutions
- A post-MBA 'Board of Directors' to explore tactics for overcoming the most common leadership barriers that MBA women face
While MBANext does not officially begin until Sept. 8, 2023, we recommend participating in the FranklinCovey Quick Start session (included as part of Forté’s Premium Membership Level) on Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 3-3:30 pm ET.
*Ask your manager if your company has professional development funds for its employees. Common practice is that all employees are allotted educational or professional development funds that can be applied towards programs just like this.
