Our core values have remained true over the last 36 years. Commitment to our people, our clients and growth opportunities are at the heart of the Alexander Group culture. Be part of a firm that values high performance and teamwork. Here, colleagues support each other’s growth and success, and new ideas are welcome. Alexander Group team members seek excellence in everything we do—and sincerely enjoy our work and our teammates.
Our colleagues are from different backgrounds and bring different points of view. Our people are creative, resourceful, ready to take on a range of revenue growth challenges—and represent all backgrounds. Their diverse points of view constantly push them and the team to the next level within a collaborative culture. This provides richer experiences for our people and better solutions for our clients.
Alexander Group’s culture sets us apart from other consulting firms. We foster a supportive learning culture where employees are motivated to work hard yet balance that intensity with fun.
At AGI, we are proud to be building a network of women leaders: sponsored by our executive committee, Women at Alexander Group is our firm-wide community of female consultants. The group provides formal and informal mentoring, relationship building opportunities and dialogue on women-centric topics at meetings and off-sites. The mission includes sharing the learnings and insights gained in these sessions with everyone at the firm.
Each year, the Alexander Group facilitates a session for Women in Leadership at our Executive Forum. Executive attendees discuss ideas to attract and promote more women to the executive revenue leadership ranks and create more awareness and support for women and minorities in the workplace. The Executive Forum also features many sessions led by women executives from marketing, sales and service.
These are just a few examples of what makes Alexander Group different.
Each project is different, but they all have one thing in common—a need for decisive, informed, and often urgent action. And because that need is at the heart of everything we do, it has come to shape every aspect of our business.
The way we work—with our clients, as well as each other—is as much a part of who we are as what we actually do. It’s what makes us different—and the partner of choice for some of the world’s most successful as well as some of the most challenged companies, when it really matters.
EXPERIENCE FROM THE START
We recruit the most highly qualified professionals in the business from a wide range of backgrounds, so when we take on a project, we bring diverse ideas and knowledge as well as specific industry experience and functional expertise to the table. But if we feel we can’t make a difference, or if we think there are other advisors who might be a better fit for what you need, we’ll say so up front. We’ll even point you in the right direction. We won’t just tell you what we think you want to hear—as trusted advisors to companies, business leaders, owners and boards, candor is one of our greatest assets.
Because we only work with clients when it really matters to them, time is often a factor so we have to hit the ground running. Our people are assured problem-solvers, and our distinctive breadth and depth of experience means we’ve dealt with most situations before which means we move quickly from analysis to action, working in small, agile teams.
ON YOUR SIDE, AT YOUR SIDE.
We’re not just in your corner. We’re in the ring with you. We work shoulder to shoulder with you to ensure the work we do is completely integrated with your vision, culture and formula for success. You have invested time, energy, and experience into creating, growing, and managing your business, and while we bring a lot of experience to the table, we know it’s your table, and we feel privileged to sit at it with you.
A PERFECT FIT
Working together also applies to the way we work at AlixPartners. We form bespoke teams for each project that can quickly draw upon talent from across our global network, which means we incorporate a richer range of thinking. So you have the right team at your side—not to mention a combination of resources you won’t find anywhere else.
A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP
We measure our success in real terms by the results we deliver, not just the advice we give. So unlike many consultancies, we don’t make recommendations and walk away—we stick around until the job is done. We’re accountable for a practical, sustainable outcome designed not just to help you succeed today, but to leave you ready to build on that success in the future—when it really matters.

We do this every day by solving complex technical and business problems with ingenuity and simplicity. We're making history and the great news is that we've only just begun.
Since then, American has grown to operate nearly 6,700 flights a day to nearly 350 destinations in more than 50 countries. We have the largest network in the world to serve our customers, made possible by the hard work of the more than 100,000 men and women who make up the American Airlines team.
We're restoring American as the greatest airline in the world by focusing on our customers' needs and wants, being an industry leader in safe and reliable operations, engaging our team members, providing a return for our shareholders and looking to the future. Since our merger in 2013, we've carried out the most successful passenger service system cutover in aviation history, earned record profits including $6.3 billion in 2015, taken delivery of a new plane every week to give us the youngest fleet in the industry, and invested more than $3 billion in our customer experience.
That amount of change can be accomplished when you have the best and brightest in the business, including the more than 12,100 employees American hired in 2015. They join a company that remains committed a diverse and inclusive workforce that represents the diverse world we serve, including working to have strong female leaders in our ranks. At AB InBev, our refreshed purpose is to create a future with more cheers. Our culture is one of our greatest competitive advantages; we’re team of owners who strive to deliver excellent results. Our purpose is to dream big to create a future of more cheers and a world of more cheers can only be a more equal world. We know we have an important role to play in championing diversity and inclusion within AB InBev, as well as beyond it. Why? Womxn at Bain
Womxn at Bain (WAB) aims to be inclusive of all women and gender non-conforming (GNC) individuals who wish to be a part of our WAB community.
The use of “womxn” emerged from a desire to be explicit about our commitment to inclusion within WAB. After many dialogues with our people, including those who identify as part of these communities, we carefully defined our own understanding of and purpose for Womxn at Bain. Our ‘x’ serves as a visual symbol to welcome all GNC individuals who feel they would benefit from participating in WAB. This is entirely separate from trans women, who have always been recognized as women at Bain.
We recognize that a name does not make us inherently more inclusive, but we view it as an important step, in parallel with the other actions we’re taking, to continue on our journey of building a culture of extraordinary teams.
Our overarching goal for WAB is to make Bain the best place to work for our members. That mission is defined not only by supporting their career success, but by making sure they truly thrive—that they grow and flourish in both their professional and personal lives. Each person's path will be shaped by their own priorities, but every member can count on our commitment and support.
Across every industry, consulting service, and geography, our WAB members are making a huge impact daily for our clients. Their expertise and thought leadership fuel our remarkable success, and play a critical role in defining our culture.
Our purpose is creating opportunities to rise. We support sustainable and inclusive growth by connecting the ideas, innovations and aspirations of our customers and clients to the capital that can bring them to life. For over 325 years we have funded progress, and today we remain committed to helping make our world more sustainable, more inclusive and more connected.
Our values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Stewardship underpin everything we do.
At Barclays, we believe every one of our employees, clients and stakeholders brings a set of unique talents and perspectives to the table. We aim to foster a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel confident in bringing their whole selves to work, feel included and their talents are nurtured, empowering them to contribute fully to Barclays vision and goals. Our employee diversity networks support and enable inclusion through their awareness and engagement activities, all while helping to create a sense of community in the workplace. We focus on five key areas: Disability, Gender, LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender), Multicultural and Multigenerational. Learn more here.

Bloomberg's Financial Services Gender-Equality Index

The index provides investors with valuable reference data across internal company statistics, employee policies, gender-conscious product offerings and external community engagement.
Fostering a fully diverse workforce that provides opportunities for everyone based on their skills and experience has long been a priority at The Capital Group Companies. In addition to surfacing the best people for the job regardless of factors such as gender, ethnicity and nationality this commitment has contributed greatly to the Capital Group’s success and prominence in the investment management industry.
The Capital Group’s investment philosophy, established nearly 80 years ago, is reflected in a collegial work environment that encourages and values the input and active collaboration of associates throughout our organization. (The fact that we call all our employees ‘associates’ is itself an acknowledgment of this respect for the individual.) It is through this diversity that the best long-term investment ideas are born, resulting in consistent investment results for our clients and shareholders.
Inherent in our commitment to diversity is active support for the inclusion and advancement of women. More than 60% of our associates are female, and the Capital Group works closely with women’s organizations in key universities and business schools to recruit talented women and nurture their advancement.
We invest in our associates through a comprehensive benefits program that encourages continued education and training as well as support for working mothers through flexible work schedules and generous well-baby care and maternity benefits. It is all part of the Capital Group’s strong belief that our clients, shareholders, and associates all benefit when we help individuals succeed.

For nearly 25 years we’ve been leading the way with our inclusive culture, and we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished:
As the workforce needs and expectations have evolved, so too has our approach and priorities. Globalization, technology, and evolving workforce priorities are redefining what we mean by an inclusive culture.
Today, Inclusion at Deloitte focuses on authenticity, well-being, openness, and opportunities for all of our people. This broader definition of inclusion allows us to bring a wide range of thinking, perspectives, and experiences that build intellectual and creative advantage, even as needs and priorities evolve over time. Inclusion goes beyond traditional demographics and representation, it’s how we invite, encourage, and draw on the unique perspectives of our people. By exploring individual viewpoints with genuine interest and openness, we can better engage our people and match them to the most meaningful opportunities.
This new way of thinking also shapes our approach to well-being. At Deloitte, we know well-being needs are likely different for everyone. We provide our people the support and flexibility to make daily choices that can enable them to be energized, confident, and aware. Through our comprehensive benefits, resources, and learning programs, we create opportunities for our people to personalize their experiences in the ways that matter most to them in body, mind, and purpose. More importantly, we are fostering a culture of well-being that respects how our people prioritize their personal and professional needs and responsibilities.
While we’ve made great progress and have been recognized for our innovative approach to inclusion, we aren’t done yet! Just as we have always done, we continue to look for opportunities to lead the way and evolve our thinking.

Each office fosters connections and delivers local programs to help women connect, learn, and grow. As a firm, we invest over $200 million annually in learning and training programs for our consultants, including courses based on McKinsey's Centered Leadership framework. There are also women-specific training programs that help maximize your strengths, develop close connections, and grow as a leader.

Our global team of flexibility counselors helps our people chart individual paths, including a “Ramp Off, Ramp On” program for women returning from maternity leave, our Take Time program that allows consultants to take extra time off between engagements, and options that include working part-time while still being on the path to partner.

When choosing a place to work, most people look for a company where they can use their skills and continue to learn. A place where their performance gets rewarded, and where they can reach their full potential. As a woman, you may have additional considerations: “Is this a place where I will be respected, and my ideas will be heard? Will I feel supported here and connect with others? Is this a place where I can stay for the long term?”
At ZS, the answer to all these questions is, “Absolutely.”
