Advancing women in business together.

The Carroll School is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive environment. Our faculty comprises 127 full-time and 112 part-time members, with women representing approximately 28% of the full-time faculty. We strive annually to enroll a diverse student body, and our full-time MBA class of 2025 is a testament to this effort. The cohort includes 86 candidates, with 29% being women, 27% international students, and 25% students of color.

Our graduate students actively lead and participate in ten graduate management clubs and organizations that promote diversity and inclusion. These include Graduate Women in Business, the Future Leaders Advocacy and Advisory Group, the Black Student Business Association, and Stand Out at Carroll. Additionally, students engage in broader community initiatives such as the Graduate Students of Color Association, the Student Veteran Association, and Allies (LGBTQ+ graduate student organization). Boston College’s annual Women’s Summit, held each February, connects the BC community through meaningful exchanges of experiences and ideas, further supporting our commitment to diversity.

The Zicklin School offers Full-Time MBA, Evening MBA, Online MBA, and Executive MBA programs. The MBA student body is generally near gender parity. In addition, the Zicklin Women in Business club is a professional organization that provides career, networking, and mentoring opportunities for women.

Employers prize Zicklin students for their business integrity, objective thinking, and work ethic, as well as their fusion of practical work experience and academic achievement. Upon graduating, Zicklin students join a powerful network of over 120,000 Zicklin alumni and 145,000 Baruch alumni around the world—a population known for its loyalty both to the school and to fellow alums.
