Our core values have remained true over the last 36 years. Commitment to our people, our clients and growth opportunities are at the heart of the Alexander Group culture. Be part of a firm that values high performance and teamwork. Here, colleagues support each other’s growth and success, and new ideas are welcome. Alexander Group team members seek excellence in everything we do—and sincerely enjoy our work and our teammates.

Our colleagues are from different backgrounds and bring different points of view. Our people are creative, resourceful, ready to take on a range of revenue growth challenges—and represent all backgrounds. Their diverse points of view constantly push them and the team to the next level within a collaborative culture. This provides richer experiences for our people and better solutions for our clients.

Alexander Group’s culture sets us apart from other consulting firms. We foster a supportive learning culture where employees are motivated to work hard yet balance that intensity with fun.

At AGI, we are proud to be building a network of women leaders: sponsored by our executive committee, Women at Alexander Group is our firm-wide community of female consultants. The group provides formal and informal mentoring, relationship building opportunities and dialogue on women-centric topics at meetings and off-sites. The mission includes sharing the learnings and insights gained in these sessions with everyone at the firm.

Each year, the Alexander Group facilitates a session for Women in Leadership at our Executive Forum. Executive attendees discuss ideas to attract and promote more women to the executive revenue leadership ranks and create more awareness and support for women and minorities in the workplace. The Executive Forum also features many sessions led by women executives from marketing, sales and service.

These are just a few examples of what makes Alexander Group different.

Each project is different, but they all have one thing in common—a need for decisive, informed, and often urgent action. And because that need is at the heart of everything we do, it has come to shape every aspect of our business.

The way we work—with our clients, as well as each other—is as much a part of who we are as what we actually do. It’s what makes us different—and the partner of choice for some of the world’s most successful as well as some of the most challenged companies, when it really matters.

EXPERIENCE FROM THE START

We recruit the most highly qualified professionals in the business from a wide range of backgrounds, so when we take on a project, we bring diverse ideas and knowledge as well as specific industry experience and functional expertise to the table. But if we feel we can’t make a difference, or if we think there are other advisors who might be a better fit for what you need, we’ll say so up front. We’ll even point you in the right direction. We won’t just tell you what we think you want to hear—as trusted advisors to companies, business leaders, owners and boards, candor is one of our greatest assets.

FAST FORWARD

Because we only work with clients when it really matters to them, time is often a factor so we have to hit the ground running. Our people are assured problem-solvers, and our distinctive breadth and depth of experience means we’ve dealt with most situations before which means we move quickly from analysis to action, working in small, agile teams.

ON YOUR SIDE, AT YOUR SIDE.

We’re not just in your corner. We’re in the ring with you. We work shoulder to shoulder with you to ensure the work we do is completely integrated with your vision, culture and formula for success. You have invested time, energy, and experience into creating, growing, and managing your business, and while we bring a lot of experience to the table, we know it’s your table, and we feel privileged to sit at it with you.

A PERFECT FIT

Working together also applies to the way we work at AlixPartners. We form bespoke teams for each project that can quickly draw upon talent from across our global network, which means we incorporate a richer range of thinking. So you have the right team at your side—not to mention a combination of resources you won’t find anywhere else.

A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP

We measure our success in real terms by the results we deliver, not just the advice we give. So unlike many consultancies, we don’t make recommendations and walk away—we stick around until the job is done. We’re accountable for a practical, sustainable outcome designed not just to help you succeed today, but to leave you ready to build on that success in the future—when it really matters.

Womxn at Bain

Womxn at Bain (WAB) aims to be inclusive of all women and gender non-conforming (GNC) individuals who wish to be a part of our WAB community.

The use of “womxn” emerged from a desire to be explicit about our commitment to inclusion within WAB. After many dialogues with our people, including those who identify as part of these communities, we carefully defined our own understanding of and purpose for Womxn at Bain. Our ‘x’ serves as a visual symbol to welcome all GNC individuals who feel they would benefit from participating in WAB. This is entirely separate from trans women, who have always been recognized as women at Bain.

We recognize that a name does not make us inherently more inclusive, but we view it as an important step, in parallel with the other actions we’re taking, to continue on our journey of building a culture of extraordinary teams.

Our overarching goal for WAB is to make Bain the best place to work for our members. That mission is defined not only by supporting their career success, but by making sure they truly thrive—that they grow and flourish in both their professional and personal lives. Each person's path will be shaped by their own priorities, but every member can count on our commitment and support.

Across every industry, consulting service, and geography, our WAB members are making a huge impact daily for our clients. Their expertise and thought leadership fuel our remarkable success, and play a critical role in defining our culture.

Our purpose is creating opportunities to rise. We support sustainable and inclusive growth by connecting the ideas, innovations and aspirations of our customers and clients to the capital that can bring them to life. For over 325 years we have funded progress, and today we remain committed to helping make our world more sustainable, more inclusive and more connected.

Our values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Stewardship underpin everything we do.

At Barclays, we believe every one of our employees, clients and stakeholders brings a set of unique talents and perspectives to the table. Our employee diversity networks support and enable inclusion through their awareness and engagement activities, all while helping to create a sense of community in the workplace. Careers at Bose
We’re a company built on disruptive innovation—having the courage to challenge the status quo, an unwavering commitment to our customers, and the fundamental belief that anything is possible. We never settle; we have a passion for discovering better ways to help people enjoy the things they love. We need people like you, people with better solutions. If you join us, you’ll find the opportunity to do your best work and the freedom to enjoy it. Here, every employee has the opportunity to build their own success and contribute to ours. It’s an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, high expectations, and great reward.

Sustainability at Bose
At Bose, we’re committed to achieving a positive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact and continuously evolving our maturity in this area. This past year brought significant challenges across the globe as we battled the ongoing pandemic, debated the shifting work environment, and faced new geopolitical instability and continuing supply chain disruptions. Through it all, our employees worked tirelessly to innovate new products, deliver value in creative ways, and make a difference in our communities through volunteering and corporate giving initiatives.

To drive real change, we realized the need to extend social and environmental accountability beyond our day-to-day operations. Our Planeteers Employee Resource Group helps raise awareness of and promotes advocacy for environmental protections and sponsors initiatives that have a positive impact inside and outside of Bose. Furthermore, with our commitment comes the responsibility to make sure that our suppliers adhere to these same ESG and responsible sourcing practices.

Reflecting the societal focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, we’ve experienced a significant level of passion and engagement from employees across the company in this area. To help harness that energy to drive meaningful progress, we created a new Diversity Council comprised of Bose employees worldwide. Designed to ensure that all voices are heard, this council aims to help local leaders foster an environment of elevated trust, safety, and wellbeing for all.

When Dr. Amar Bose founded our company in 1964, he focused on not only bringing new ideas and innovative products to market but also to changing the way people experience music. As an educator and researcher, he was committed to curiosity, creative engagement, and collective problem-solving all of which form the heart of our business today and are core to solving ESG challenges in our industry, our communities, and across the world.

Fostering a fully diverse workforce that provides opportunities for everyone based on their skills and experience has long been a priority at The Capital Group Companies. In addition to surfacing the best people for the job regardless of factors such as gender, ethnicity and nationality this commitment has contributed greatly to the Capital Group’s success and prominence in the investment management industry.

The Capital Group’s investment philosophy, established nearly 80 years ago, is reflected in a collegial work environment that encourages and values the input and active collaboration of associates throughout our organization. (The fact that we call all our employees ‘associates’ is itself an acknowledgment of this respect for the individual.) It is through this diversity that the best long-term investment ideas are born, resulting in consistent investment results for our clients and shareholders.

Inherent in our commitment to diversity is active support for the inclusion and advancement of women. More than 60% of our associates are female, and the Capital Group works closely with women’s organizations in key universities and business schools to recruit talented women and nurture their advancement.

We invest in our associates through a comprehensive benefits program that encourages continued education and training as well as support for working mothers through flexible work schedules and generous well-baby care and maternity benefits. It is all part of the Capital Group’s strong belief that our clients, shareholders, and associates all benefit when we help individuals succeed.

Our vision is to be the global energy company most admired for its people, partnership and performance. We believe our greatest resource is our people, and we strive to empower them to engage their full potential through our commitment to our values and The Chevron Way. Through ingenuity, creativity and collaboration, our people have met the complex challenges of energy's past. Together, we'll take on the future.

One aspect to Chevron's commitment to people is its support of women's leadership development. The Global Women's Leadership Development Program is a leadership development experience for female talent designed to support the acceleration of women through Increased visibility and diversity of perspective to unlock innovation. Early potential women leaders are also given opportunities to participate in external signature programs to lay foundational skills, broaden leadership knowledge and allow connection with other c-suite leaders. The Chevron Women's Employee Network is the largest of 10 employee networks, with members spanning 54 countries. This employee network is committed to accelerating progress for women in Chevron by promoting an inclusive culture and offering opportunities for all employees to grow personally and professionally.

Chevron offers multiple graduate development programs for a select group of talented, motivated individuals who want to accelerate their careers and become future company leaders: Finance & Commercial MBA, Human Resources, and Procurement MBA Development Programs.

At Citi, we recognize diversity as one of our competitive advantages which is enhanced by attracting, retaining and developing the top female talent in our industry.

Today, this program supports women across Citi with tools and resources to help advance their careers. Throughout the Citi organization, nearly 50 Women's Councils operate at the local level to catalyze female talent, further causes that support the career paths of women, and facilitate community outreach to fulfill the passions of participants. These groups do tremendous work every day and create strong connections to our businesses, our communities, and each other.
