General Program Questions
When does the 2021 MBALaunch program officially start?
The MBALaunch program starts on January 12, 2021 with our first kickoff webinar.
When do the program webinars usually take place?
Live webinars typically take place from 7:30-8:30pm ET on Tuesday evenings throughout the program. Webinars are subject to change based on speaker availability.
I have schedule conflicts with the webinars. Can I still participate?
Yes. We record all webinars so they are accessible on demand in the online MBALaunch community. You are welcome to access the recording at your convenience that week and update your attendance in the online MBALaunch community.
Do you provide GRE prep in addition to GMAT prep?
At this time, the MBALaunch program only provides GMAT prep. We partner with experts to provide seven GMAT prep webinars and seven additional online study sessions.
Can I still participate in MBALaunch if I am planning to take the GRE or the Executive Assessment (EA)?
Yes, you can participate even if you aren’t planning to take the GMAT. MBALaunchers who plan on taking the GRE or EA may opt-out of the program’s GMAT prep module by either participating in an outside GRE/EA prep program or having an existing official test score equivalent to a 680 GMAT score or above.
Is MBALaunch GMAT prep sufficient for my GMAT preparation? Will I need additional study or courses?
MBALaunch provides an introduction to all parts of the GMAT and includes strategies you may implement to do your best on the exam. We hold weekly webinars, provide homework assignments, and set up study groups through the first three months of the program, but our prep module is likely not sufficient to completely prepare you for the GMAT. Significant self-study and/or additional work with outside test prep companies will help you achieve your target score.
