We would appreciate your help in promoting these opportunities to incoming MBA women at your school.

This marketing tool kit is designed to assist our partners, ambassadors, and the entire Forté community in promoting these conferences and programs to incoming MBA women on your campus. Your outreach is critical to spreading the word. Below are marketing tools and ideas on how you can help!

Beginning virtually April 30, 2024 this online program will provide MBA women with the knowledge and networks they need to thrive within your programs via content, materials, and year-long access to the MBA Takeoff learning community.

Marketing Checklist

For MBA School Representatives

  • Forward the HTML email invite to your incoming women students
  • Post event info on your virtual admit weekend website, blog, and/or portal
  • Post event info on your school’s calendar
  • Post event info on your incoming student Facebook page and on other social media channels
  • Print copies of flyers and place in your program and admissions offices
  • Print copies of flyers and place around campus during admit student weekends
  • Include event info and/or share the digital flyers in scheduled communications to admitted women

For GWiB Club Leaders

  • Forward the HTML email invite to club members and ask them to spread the word to incoming MBA women
  • Post event info on your club’s website and/or online portal
  • Post event info on your club’s Facebook page and on other social media channels
  • Share the events with your chat groups (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Incorporate info about the conferences in your outreach to admitted women with your admissions office
  • If planning a virtual event at your upcoming admit student or welcome weekend, share the digital flyers with incoming women at your event

For Forté MBA Ambassadors

  • Forward the HTML email invite to incoming MBA women in your network
  • Post event info on your school's social media platforms
  • Share the events with your chat groups (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
