Since 2005, the Tuck Women in Business Conference has brought together prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty and staff for two days of workshops, panel discussions, social events and more. The Women in Business Conference is a student-run event. The WIB Conference co-chairs work in tandem with the Women in Business Club leadership team to provide Tuck and the broader community with thought-provoking content and community building.

This year’s conference theme, “Be the Changemaker,” challenges us all to be activists, truth-tellers, and gamechangers. We will explore who we authentically are, who we want to become, and how these answers will empower us as we pave the way for the next generation of women leaders.
