As the child of a single working mother, Kathryn Valentine grew up acutely aware of the many ways in which the working world wasn’t working for women. Kathryn is now the CEO of Worthmore Strategies, where she leverages research to help organizations advance and retain female talent. Her clients include multi-national companies such as JP Morgan, KPMG, and Cox Communications. She has spoken at Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg business schools and numerous women's conferences. her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Adweek, Forbes and Business Insider.
Kathryn lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two active sons. She enjoys reading and running and treasures any precious moment alone.
