Free for Forté members A growing trend across MBA programs has been the creation of Male Ally groups, in which both male and female students participate in gender equity initiatives from the classroom to the boardroom. In response, the Forté Foundation engaged author and diversity consultant Lisa Levey to author the "Men as Allies" Online Toolkit — a resource for business schools interested in creating male ally groups. Now, as the first wave of Male Allies have graduated, Lisa and Forté are working to develop similar resources for the corporate space.
