About Tochim
Tochim is a strategic People and Product Leader with over 11 years of business, technology and operations experience. She has a track record of leading diverse teams globally through ambiguity and complexity to devise, launch and scale novel products, programs and businesses at Amazon.
Passionate about developing leaders from underrepresented groups, she is an active mentor and sponsor at Amazon, especially in championing black females in tech. Outside of Amazon, she has also actively engaged in mentorship via impact-driven organizations such as ReachOut, Rotary International, Foodcycle and Young Enterprise.
Tochim received prestigious scholarships including the 2024 inaugural Global EMBA CJBS bursary and Dean’s Diversity scholarship and is the elected Global EMBA 2024 EDI Class Representative.
