Wharton's MBA for Executives program is awarding Forte Fellowships for the first time this year to outstanding female candidates who demonstrate exemplary leadership academically, professionally or creatively, as well as a proven commitment to the empowerment of women in the workplace. Interested applicants must submit an additional essay highlighting your achievements in the advancement of women in the workplace (350 word limit).
