With 15+ years of experience across strategy, finance, and operations, Sweeny has made a career out of embracing stretch roles that pushed her beyond her comfort zone. Each pivot — across sectors, functions, and leadership levels — was fueled by curiosity, conviction, and the ability to communicate her value to senior stakeholders.
