At the 2025 Spring College Fast Track to Finance Conference, 143 women students joined us in New York City from 41 schools to learn about finance and how it can be a great career path for students of all majors. Featuring a Knopman Marks workshop, an empowerment framework giving student tools to manage stress, enhance focus and deliver peak performance. Attendees had the opportunity to work through scenarios that strengthened their networking skills and then used at the career expo, connecting them with recruiters from leading financial institutions while exploring the multitude of career paths finance has to offer. Attendees also heard from women experts within the industry who shared tips on how to be successful in their internship and provided a deep dive into different finance sectors, including investment management and investment banking.

No student should miss out due to financial barriers! Forté provides travel stipends to make our conferences accessible to all. Your gift to the Forté Travel Stipend Fund will allow us to increase the amount and number of stipends we can award to undergraduates eager to attend. Travel Stipend Sponsors will be recognized at the conference from the podium and marketing materials including emails, sponsor pages, agendas, and event signage.
