    Megan Hyland specializes in providing financial advisory services to distressed companies, including their secured and unsecured creditors. Ms. Hyland’s experience includes both private and public companies across several sectors, including financial services, energy, retail, healthcare and education.

    Ms. Hyland has extensive expertise in analyzing and preparing business plans, financial projections, cash flow forecasts, plans of reorganization, recovery and liquidation analyses, retention and incentive plans and strategic alternatives. She is also knowledgeable at assessing financial and operational performance, cost-reduction initiatives, cash management and liquidity needs.

    Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Hyland was an associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Corporate Real Estate group, during which she helped manage the company’s portfolio of owned and leased properties.

    Ms. Hyland’s experience includes advising the management teams and/or boards of First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation; RadioShack; Reverse Mortgage Funding; a settlement company; several mortgage real estate investment trusts (“REITs”); and an energy financing provider. She has advised lenders and noteholders of APC Automotive; Ditech Corporation; MCCI Medical Group; Progrexion; Reverse Mortgage Solutions; Service King; Stearns Lending; T.D. Williamson; Walter Investments; a dental company; an energy company; a for-profit education company; a mining company; a retail and consumer finance company; and a single-family rental company. Additionally, Ms. Hyland has advised the unsecured creditor committees of Abengoa and Abeinsa; Amyris; Appvion; Brooks Brothers; Covia; FirstEnergy Solutions; NII Holdings; Optima Specialty Steel; Progrexion; Swift Energy; and Washington Prime Group.

  • Molly Jobe

    Molly Jobe

    Molly Jobe focuses on company-side turnaround management, operational restructuring, performance improvement and transaction support. Ms. Jobe has previously served in interim Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), Interim Communications Director and Wind-Down Officer roles. Her industry experience includes healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, consumer products, distribution, not-for-profits and professional services.

    Ms. Jobe is experienced in profitability and liquidity management, creditor management and negotiation, Chapter 11 preparation and organizational redesign. She also brings expertise in pre- and post-transaction integration, wind-down management, capital sourcing and lender workout situations. She utilizes her diverse project management experience in operations, human resources, marketing and sales to partner with clients to develop solutions that drive operational restructurings and turnarounds.

    Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Jobe was a Director in Cohnreznick’s Restructuring & Dispute Resolution practice and was also previously associated with CR3 Partners. Before transitioning into the turnaround and restructuring industry, she managed professional services firms, including as COO of a mid-size international law firm.

    Ms. Jobe currently serves as President of the Turnaround Management Association’s New York City chapter. She has previously served on the Secured Finance Network’s Young Professional Committee and the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Emerging Leaders Committee.

    • Supported the restructuring of a $2 billion telecom analytics company, including $530 million of debt
    • Served as a financial advisor and provided restructuring support for a $2 billion global cybersecurity company
    • Served as a financial advisor to the unsecured creditors’ committee for a $75 million direct-to-consumer winery
    • Served as a financial advisor to the Chapter 11 trustee for a 147-key boutique New York City hotel; resulted in restructuring and a $109 million sale
    • Served as a financial advisor to the Chapter 11 buyer for a 98-unit restaurant chain; provided buy-side M&A advisory integration supporting the brand relaunch
    • Served as the wind-down officer for a top 10 New York City wine and spirits distributor with approximately 3,800 stock-keeping units

    Shannon Traenkenschuh is a Managing Director in the Data & Technology Transformation practice, providing dynamic leadership in large-scale, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives that align business strategy with technology execution. With a proven track record in program governance, risk management and financial oversight, she has become a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, guiding organizations through complex technology-driven transformations, M&A integration and enterprise-wide modernization efforts.

    Ms. Traenkenschuh leads high-impact technology programs for a range of organizations, including Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies. Her expertise includes buy-side transaction advisory across the deal continuum to achieve strategic alignment, accelerate value realization and enhance operational resilience.

    Ms. Traenkenschuh has provided leadership through more than 100 transactions, conducting diligence on targets for potential risks and investment requirements, formulating integration strategies to capture deal synergies and navigating entanglements to enable divestiture opportunities. She has also supported numerous private equity clients in driving IT strategy and enhancing tech-enabled operational efficiencies across their portfolio companies.

    • IT separation management office (“SMO”) lead for a $3.3 billion private equity-acquired global manufacturing and distribution company; achieved a successful separation, including greenfield IT operating model design and stand-up
    • Buy-side IT diligence for a publicly traded transportation company with AI-enabled proprietary technology, including advisement on a standalone operating model and run rate
    • IT lead for the Chapter 11 wind-down and three-way divestiture of a publicly traded electric vehicle manufacturer in under 100 days

  • Abby Eldridge

    Abby Eldridge

    Managing Director – Corporate Finance, Transaction Due Diligence

    Abby Eldridge is a Managing Director on the Transactions team at FTI Consulting, based in New York. Ms. Eldridge brings a decade of experience in public accounting, interim management and forensic consulting. She has served as the project leader across engagements in the financial services, biosciences, pharmaceutical, home services and manufacturing/distribution industries.

    Ms. Eldridge has managed a wide range of engagements, including interim management, accounting investigations, cash-to-accrual conversions, finance and accounting integrations and internal control implementations. She served as interim finance and accounting management at a garage door services company, where she successfully navigated the company through two Big Four audits and its subsequent sale to private equity. In this role, she implemented structured monthly close processes and established the financial planning and analysis (“FP&A”) function, incorporating weekly KPI reporting and the development of the annual budget.

    Ms. Eldridge also spearheaded the integration of six physician practice acquisitions for a private equity-backed medical services organization. She served as Interim Controller and provided comprehensive accounting and finance integration services, including preparing purchase accounting entries, developing 13-week cash flow forecasts and implementing monthly close processes, reporting, budgeting and audit support. Additionally, she designed an integration playbook to transition integration responsibilities from FTI Consulting to the practice finance teams, enhancing operational efficiency.

    Most recently, Ms. Eldridge operated as Head of Finance at a pharmaceutical transport company, where she led the annual budgeting process and developed a five-year strategic business plan. Her contributions included building revenue contract models, conducting detailed expense analyses and creating a sophisticated pricing model. She also developed board deck templates and other high-impact financial analyses. Beyond her corporate finance expertise, Ms. Eldridge has worked on numerous damage calculations and expert reports across multiple industries, preparing expert witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.

    Prior to joining FTI Consulting in October 2018, Ms. Eldridge spent four years in the audit practice at EisnerAmper LLP, where she led and participated in more than a dozen public and private company audits and played a key role in executing a multiyear restatement.

    Nina is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Commodities and Global Markets, Finance Deal and Logistics Management (CMF DLM) Team with global responsibility to oversee the operations and risk management for the physical and financing portfolio as well as CMF’s control focused logistics activities.

    Nina joined Macquarie in 2004 in Sydney in Product Control before moving to Los Angeles and onto Houston with the Macquarie CMF business and has approximately 20 years of physical commodity experience.

    She is also the co-Sponsor of the Women @ Macquarie Americas Employee Network Group and current Chair of the Target Hunger Board of Directors.

  • Christine Weigle

    Christine Weigle

    Associate Director, Head of the Commodity Markets and Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis Team

    Christine Weigle is an Associate Director and has been with Macquarie for over 14 years. Currently, she serves as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Macquarie’s Commodity Markets and Finance team. With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role.

     A Texas native hailing from Arlington, Christine pursued her academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting in 2003, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration from the full-time graduate program at UT Austin in 2011 where she was a Forté alum.

    In addition to her professional accomplishments, Christine is also the Head of CGM Americas Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Macquarie, where she champions initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace.  She is also actively involved supporting charities in her local community.
