    Currently, as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Fanatics Collectibles, Alexis oversees HR strategy in collaboration with business leaders focusing on scaling the organization to relentlessly enhance the fan and collector experience.

    One of Alexis’ most notable strengths is her ability to effectively problem solve complex issues in a collaborative, honest, direct, and kind manner, and aligns talent with business strategy to achieve exceptional outcomes and a positive workplace culture.

    Alexis has successfully led transformative international expansions into new markets, and many mergers and acquisitions, consistently building high-performing and highly engaged diverse and multi-cultural global teams.

    Before joining Fanatics, Alexis held leadership roles in all areas of Human Resources at renowned organizations such as NBCUniversal, Audible (an Amazon Company), Dick Clark Productions, Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, TV and film studios, iHeartMedia and BuzzFeed. Her work has spanned key markets around the globe with assignments based in New York, Los Angeles and Europe.

    During her time at NBCUniversal, Alexis led the hiring process for the London and Sochi Olympic Games, managing visas, pay rates, and work guidelines—a role that earned her a Sports Emmy Award.

Roxanne is the Founder of Next Act Partners a consulting and coaching business designed to help organizations and individuals reach their goals. She has spoken at numerous conferences, is a former BusinessWeek blogger and recognized as a thought leader in the MBA careers space. Through her work in higher education, she has had exposure to a broad range of industries and career paths.

    Her prior experience leading Talent Acquisition at a major Chicago bank combined with her higher education experience gives her a unique ability to understand the various pieces of the hiring equation. She is a member of the Forté Board and Past Board Chair. She is also a member of the Reaching Out MBA Advisory Council. Roxanne has a BA in African American Studies from Western Illinois University, has been inducted into the NACE Academy of Fellows and an avid Chicago Black Hawks fan. She is a champion for developing the next generation of women and people of color leaders.

Previously, Sara served as the first COO in Alvarez & Marsal’s business consulting and transformation practice. She held successive roles at Deloitte Consulting U.K. and U.S., spending the majority of her time in client service working on complex mergers and acquisitions largely within the financial services and utilities industries. While at Deloitte, she also helped lead National Inclusion for Consulting where she was responsible for talent strategy and execution in an organization of 20K+ employees. While at Alvarez & Marsal, Sara helped establish their first Diversity & Inclusion initiative.
    Sara holds her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from Lancaster University, UK with a specialization in international strategic alliances.

Her career path from creative design for movies and television in Hollywood to a business MBA at University of Chicago Booth School of Business mirrors her passion for that intersection. Seeing opportunities through the realm of story and design, she’s executed projects for organizations spanning from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including brands such as PepsiCo, Disney and HBO/Time Warner. She’s led companies to awards including “Chicago’s 50 Best Startups”, multiple Key Art Awards and Hollywood Reporter’s Best Campaign.

    Currently residing in Chicago, IL, Tricia is an active member in her community and her church. She teaches a digital honors course on Leadership at Northwest Polytechnic University in Xian, China and is an associate professor at Northern Seminary, in Biblical & Entrepreneurial Thinking. She spends her free time geeking out about the latest tech trends, Cleveland sports, and testing new recipes in the kitchen.

    Candance Chow is a tech start-up business leader and management consultant turned business owner and community leader in Evanston, IL, a diverse suburb north of Chicago.

    Candance is co-founder and CEO of NextGroup launched in 2019 as a professional talent network and search firm focused on supporting and advancing high-impact, inclusive workplaces. Candance actively works with and engages employers and nonprofit leaders in Chicagoland to form a bridge between them and the talent they need. NextGroup’s talent network has grown to 10,000 diverse professionals, and they have worked with more than 100 organizations to recruit experienced talent to their management and leadership ranks.

    Prior to launching NextGroup, Candance served as an elected, two-term member of the K-8 school board. As president of the Board, she guided the school district through a period of significant financial uncertainty, ultimately helping pass a referendum to support the schools with an overwhelming 80% approval. She then went on to run for the seat of state representative in a highly contested Democratic primary, losing by less than 300 votes. Educational and gender equity are priorities in her service.

    Candance began her multi-act career as an advocate for workplace and educational equity, serving in staff roles for the American Association of University Women and Business and Professional Women/USA in Washington, DC. The highlight of her early advocacy career was working towards the passage of the Family Medical Leave Act in 1993. She left DC to pursue an MBA in Chicago and further hone her management skills. Candace worked for over 15 years, post-MBA, in management consulting and the high-tech start-up space before co-founding NextGroup.

    Candance holds an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in strategy and nonprofit management and​ graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Public Communications and International Studies from the American University in Washington, D.C. She has lived in Evanston with her husband and three daughters for more than 20 years.

At Walmart, she directed enterprise-wide executive engagement at scale, overseeing a $200M+ portfolio and a 21-person team.

    Through her advisory practice, edc Inc., Erin currently partners with CEOs and senior leadership teams as an embedded strategic operator, supporting organizational transitions, decision framework design, and stakeholder strategy across retail, AI, and nonprofit sectors.

At Boston Consulting Group, she spent six years advising Fortune 500 executives across diverse industries, rising to principal. Most recently, she served as VP, HR business partner for Capital One, leading a large HR team supporting 15K+ employees in the Card division’s domestic operations and international business teams. Marlo is currently wrapping up a sabbatical, having pursued a lifelong passion for writing fiction while volunteering as a board and committee member for two nonprofits. She lives in Chicago with her dog, Ollie, and enjoys playing softball, sailing on Lake Michigan, and reading a good book.

Under her leadership, IGNITE has grown to serve 68 nonprofit leaders, equipping them with world-class business education, executive coaching, and strategic resources to accelerate their organizations’ impact.

    Tyeise’s career spans brand management at SC Johnson, where she led major product launches and cross-channel campaigns, and transformative work in public education at Chicago Public Schools through the Broad Residency Fellowship, where she oversaw strategic planning and helped launch the GoCPS application system.

    She holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Georgetown University, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the Broad Center now at Yale School of Management.

    A committed community advocate, Tyeise has served on several nonprofit boards and is passionate about leadership development, wellness, and advancing opportunities for women and mothers. She is an avid reader, runner, and believer in prioritizing proper rest and nutrition.

    Becca Stone is a seasoned Fintech leader and General Manager with over 20 years of experience in financial services and technology.     Before joining Affirm, she served as VP of Strategic Partnerships at SoFi, leading a team that developed and launched innovative partnerships across SoFi’s Lending and Banking products. Becca also spent over a decade with American Express, serving in leadership and GM roles in partnerships, product management, marketing, strategy, and customer experience. Becca began her career as an investment banker with JPMorgan.

    Becca holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Prior to joining FLP, she spent 13 years as a sector portfolio manager and senior equity research analyst at MFS Investment Management and served on the Research Management Committee and the Diversity Committee. Ellen previously held positions at Putnam Investments, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley.

    Ellen serves on the investment committee for MetroWest Health Foundation and is a member of The Hestia Fund. She is also involved with Smart Woman Securities (SWS) and is on the Executive Committee of the Boston Economic Club.

    Kate O’Malley is a creative, thoughtful and strategic communications professional who has spent her career in mission-focused organizations generating business results that advance corporate reputation and empower workforces. Kate currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Moderna – leading brand, digital media and enterprise communications, including employee communications, executive visibility, and community engagement programs. During her six-year tenure at Moderna, Kate has guided the company’s enterprise communications through its pandemic response, massive scale up from 500 to more than 5,000 employees globally and the launch of the Moderna Charitable Foundation.

    Before joining Moderna, Kate worked at Accenture for nearly 7 years, most recently serving as Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications. In this role, she led integrated communications aimed at continuously improving the company’s reputation and performance as a responsible business and employer of choice. Her responsibilities included the management of global and U.S. CSR communications initiatives, as well as Accenture’s ESG reporting.

    Prior to her work at Accenture, Kate served in Marketing & Communications roles at the NYU Stern School of Business and Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she also earned her MBA in Marketing. Kate holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

    Anna Piralkova is Head of Equity Quantitative Research in the Quantitative Research & Investments division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.

    In this role, Ms. Piralkova is responsible for a team of quantitative analysts who build quantitative stock selection models, perform risk analysis on portfolios, and assist portfolio managers with portfolio construction. Prior to her current role, she was an analyst on the team for 13 years.

    Before joining Fidelity in 2007, Ms. Piralkova was an investment associate in the Risk and Portfolio Analysis Group at Putnam Investments from 2003 to 2006. She has been in the investments industry since 2003.

    Ms. Piralkova earned her bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science, summa cum laude, from Williams College.

She currently serves as Head of Strategy & Planning for Fidelity Capital Markets—the trade execution and financing arm of Fidelity—where she leads enterprise strategy and cross-functional initiatives across equity & fixed income trading, securities lending, prime services, and middle office operations.
    She is recognized for her ability to drive innovation, bridge business and technology, and champion inclusive leadership. Heidi holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Fordham University.

    Before Verizon, Dory led Omni Customer Experience Product Management for the Walmart US Mobile App and Walmart.com. Prior, she spent 20 years at American Express leading AmericanExpress.com globally in over 25 markets and overseeing product management, marketing and operations for the global web experiences.

    Dory is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a Masters in Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two children.

    Ellen Correia Golay is Policy Advisor in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ellen leads cross-agency work related to U.S. Treasury market resilience and provides thought leadership on Treasury market and policy topics for the New York Fed’s Open Market Trading Desk (the Desk). Additionally, Ellen serves as the New York Fed’s senior liaison to the Treasury Markets Practices Group (TMPG).

    Ellen has spent 20 years in the New York Fed’s Markets Group in a variety of positions, including a role overseeing the 2020 large scale purchases of U.S. Treasuries launched in response to the pandemic. In addition, Ellen guided the Desk’s market monitoring and analysis of Treasury markets for 7 years and led the 2017 run-off of the Federal Reserve’s Treasury portfolio. Prior to her Treasury market work, Ellen spent time on the New York Fed’s mortgage and money markets desks. Ellen began her career at the New York Fed in 2003 as a rotational analyst.

    Jeanne brings over two decades of industry experience. She joined Citi in 2006 as Equity Structured Investments Sales and later led the Multi-Asset Structured Investments Sales for Consumer Bank Americas as part of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Prior to that Jeanne was part of the Merrill Lynch Korea Equity Research Team.

    Having lived in 6 countries and traveled to 50+ nations, Jeanne is multi-lingual and is often asked to share her international perspective and professional experiences with students and junior talent in the financial services industry.
