She has also channeled that same passion for growth into raising four children and launching them successfully into adulthood.

Contest Rules
Career Coaching Giveaway Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Career Coaching Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to individuals who submit an entry through the official entry form located on the Forté Foundation website. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry, legal residents of the United States, and currently employed working professionals with less than 10 years of work experience. Employees of Forté Foundation (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Forté Foundation as final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online beginning July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ending August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
The Giveaway must be entered by submitting a complete entry form through the official Giveaway page. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Forté Foundation. Entrants may submit only one entry. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices, or attempts to circumvent the rules, may result in disqualification.
Sharing or forwarding the Giveaway to others does not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a six session coaching package with Valerie Paul, MBA, ACC, valued at $800. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Forté Foundation to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Any tax liability associated with accepting the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Coaching Delivery Terms
All coaching sessions must be completed no later than December 31, 2026. Sessions will be delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed upon by the coach and the winner. Missed or canceled sessions may not be rescheduled unless permitted by the coach. Failure to complete sessions by the deadline will result in forfeiture of any remaining sessions without compensation.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners of the Contest will be selected by a panel of staff, under the supervision of the Sponsor on September 2, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing.
Forté Foundation is not responsible for entries or winner notifications that are lost, misdirected, blocked, or otherwise not received due to incorrect contact information provided by the entrant.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit or other documentation as requested by Forté Foundation.The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
9. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you grant Forté Foundation and its agents the right to use your entry, name, likeness, statements, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms
Forté Foundation reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Forté Foundation may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Forté Foundation reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Data Use Disclosure
By entering the Giveaway, you agree that Forté Foundation may use the information you provide for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting you about your entry, and sending you periodic communications about Forté programs, events, and resources. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. Data will be handled in accordance with the Forté Foundation Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Forté Foundation and its affiliates, partners, agents, employees, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in administration.
13. Disputes
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in Texas. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
14. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Forté Foundation website.
