At Chicago Booth, we encourage seasoned executives to enhance their leadership abilities by improving the action and insight skills critical to effective leadership. Executive MBA students learn to collect data on their experiences, test their own leadership styles, and strengthen those skills over a lifetime. For more than two decades, Professor Linda Ginzel has brought this framework into her leadership, management, and negotiations courses impacting generations of executives. She is also the author of the recently published Choosing Leadership, a workbook designed to help executives gain the insight to become wiser, younger.
This event will be hosted by our admissions team and will feature a brief overview of the Executive MBA Program at Chicago Booth. You will also have the opportunity to hear from alumni and current students on how the program enhanced their leadership styles for maximizing impact in the world.
