Ashley Lautzenheiser is the Director of Pre-MBA Programs at Forté. She is responsible for all pre-MBA and early career programming, and connects women around the globe to resources and opportunities within the business world. Prior to Forté, Ashley spent over a decade in admissions and recruitment — most recently at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.  Over her career, Ashley has mastered the art of intentionally setting healthy boundaries for herself and her team while managing multiple priorities, often amid a rigorous international travel schedule.
