IESE Business School strives to develop leaders who will have a positive impact on people, companies, and societies. We know women leaders have unique values but often face barriers. We want to help women win because we believe that in diverse inclusive cultures where everybody is able to thrive, companies and society wins. In 2023, the annual Future Female Leaders Award was launched to recognize young professional women who embody IESE’s mission, with the objective of empowering them to realize their potential. The goal of this award is to support talented, ambitious women who aspire to invest in their personal and professional development by providing them with a unique learning experience. Awardees will gather on IESE’s Barcelona campus with other like-minded women to gain knowledge on women in business, grow their network and be part of IESE’s global community of female leaders. Awardees will receive: 1) an invitation to attend IESE´s Women In Business Conference in Barcelona, January 28 2026, 2) attend networking events and career development sessions at IESE’s Barcelona campus as part of the 3-day agenda*, 3) receive two nights’ hotel accommodation in Barcelona and meals, 4) flight reimbursement of up to 300 euros for awardees traveling from outside of Europe and UK.**, 5) application fee waivers for those who choose to apply for IESE’s full-time MBA program.*** 6) FFLA scholarships if admitted to the full-time MBA program and are top performers in the application process. Past FFLA awardees have received scholarships ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 euros upon enrolling in the full-time MBA. *The full agenda for the three day event will be confirmed in December. **Awardees traveling from Europe and UK will have to cover their own travel expenses. Awardees traveling from outside of Europe and UK will be reimbursed up to 300 euros for their flights after the event. Reimbursement may take up to 2 months. ***Being selected for the Future Female Leaders Award does not guarantee that a candidate would be admitted to any of IESE’s programs. Who are we looking for? IESE will select a small number of young professional women who embody IESE’s mission, are focused on developing their careers and on making a positive impact in the world. We are looking for women who: 1) Have 2-10 years of work experience, 2) Have demonstrated academic and professional excellence, 3) Exemplify IESE’s values of integrity, spirit of service and excellence, 4) Are committed to being actively involved in the FFLA and IESE community in the future. Eligibility for this event requires that applicants are not currently enrolled in or committed to attending another business school. We kindly reserve the right to withdraw invitations should this condition not be met.
