    Bridget George is a Director in International Equity Sales within Deutsche Bank’s equity distribution complex which advises institutional investors on equity capital markets transactions and helps to facilitate the distribution of DB’s independent global research products. Bridget has a long-standing career in European equity sales having started her career at Merrill Lynch in 1998. Bridget made a brief pivot from the industry for a few years working at Rose & Company, a strategic consulting firm, before rejoining DB over four years ago.

    Angelica Alam is an MBA-educated Product Management Executive with 17+ years in global payments, fintech, and technology. Angelica has built a career at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and impact, from contributing to Emmy-winning documentaries at MTV to leading payment modernization for some of the world’s largest financial institutions. She currently serves as Head of Financial Institutions Product Solutions Specialists at Wells Fargo, driving product growth, modernization, and strategic client engagement across a global payments portfolio. Her expertise spans instant payments, cross-border platforms, API integration, ISO 20022 migration, and blockchain/DLT.

    Throughout her career, Angelica has owned and grown large-scale P&L portfolios, launched innovative payment solutions, and led multi-region strategies across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. In addition to her corporate leadership, Angelica is a frequent guest lecturer on fintech, blockchain, and payments at top business schools, and an award-winning nonprofit leader and mentor recognized by Women in Payments, NYC FinTech Women, S&P 500, Prospanica and others.

    She is passionate about modernizing payments, building high-performing global teams, and empowering the next generation of leaders in tech and finance.

  • Riana Burlile

    Riana Burlile is a Senior Director within the Office of the Chief Investment Officer at New York Life, where she has been employed since 2012. As a member of the business development team, she works closely with the head of business development to establish and grow capital market strategic partnerships, improve origination capabilities, and manage investment relationships across New York Life’s boutiques.

    Previously, Riana was part of the Investment Grade Credit team that oversees $80+ billion in assets under management for NYL Investors LLC, New York Life’s asset manager. For over ten years, she worked as a Credit Research Analyst, managing the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical portfolio with $6 billion in assets under management across more than 50 issuers. Before joining New York Life, she was part of the Public Finance team at Fitch Ratings. Riana Burlile earned her BBA, summa cum laude, and Master of Science (MS) from The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She is a CFA charterholder and obtained an MBA from Columbia Business School where she graduated with Dean’s Honors with Distinction, awarded to the top 5% of the graduating class.

    Alex Chong is a Director in FIC Relationship Management at Deutsche Bank, where she is responsible for managing DB’s overall relationships with the bank’s top tier institutional clients. She joined DB in 2016 and previously had roles in Internal Audit covering FIC and leading Strategy, Governance & Transformation for Corporate Bank Americas, where she drove business strategy and delivered cross-product and cross-divisional initiatives. Additionally, she co-chairs Women of Wall Street (WOWS©), DB’s employee resource group (ERG) that promotes a gender inclusive organization at DB, leading a steering committee of over 50+ who deliver programming and connectivity to a network of 2,500+ employees. She has a BSBA from Boston University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. In 2024, she was named to Involve’s HERoes Top 100 Future Leaders List, and to Involve’s Empower Top 100 Future Leaders List in 2025.

  • Jeanne Lee

    Jeanne Lee leads the Markets Investment Specialists for North America and Latin America at Citi Wealth. Her team engages directly with clients as well as with Investment Counselors, Private Bankers, and Financial Advisors in Citi Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citigold and Citi Private Client on Capital Markets products and capabilities including cash products, listed options, over-the-counter derivatives, structured investments, and funds across all asset classes (equity, fixed income, rates, FX, and commodities).

    Jeanne brings over two decades of industry experience. She joined Citi in 2006 as Equity Structured Investments Sales and later led the Multi-Asset Structured Investments Sales for Consumer Bank Americas as part of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Prior to that Jeanne was part of the Merrill Lynch Korea Equity Research Team.

    Having lived in 6 countries and traveled to 50+ nations, Jeanne is multi-lingual and is often asked to share her international perspective and professional experiences with students and junior talent in the financial services industry.

    Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ewha Womans University (South Korea) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
