Mori Taheripour, an award-winning faculty member in Wharton's Legal Studies and Business Ethics Department and a co founder and affiliated faculty member of the Wharton Sports Business Initiative (WSBI), will examine gender differences in negotiation and the impact of these dynamics in the workplace and beyond. She will focus on how the essence of bargaining isn't a transaction, but a conversation and human connection that allows us to advocate fearlessly for ourselves.
