The Power of Community

At Forté, community isn't a buzzword. We don't just celebrate each other's wins. We're here for each other in real, everyday ways. From making room for others, to offering help, to looking out for one another. We celebrate achievements without comparison or unhealthy competition. We listen, we show up, and we lend a hand. When you're part of our community, you don't have to go it alone.

Forté exists to expand access and opportunity, to highlight what's possible, and to encourage and support our community as they explore business education and careers. We've seen real change in terms of representation since we started our work, and we know that real change doesn't happen in isolation. It takes people and connection. It takes activating the full power of a network across campuses, industries, and experiences. The more we reach out to one another, the more deeply we are connected. Building these relationships builds community.

1. Be intentional. Show up for events. Introduce yourself to someone new every time. Don't wait for connection - create it.
2. Ask for help. Ask questions. Ask for feedback. Ask to be introduced. People want to help. Give them the chance.
3. Pay it forward. Support your peers. Share what you know. Amplify someone else's voice. Generosity comes back tenfold.
4. Use the tools. Forté's webinars, resources, conferences, meet-ups, and global network of schools and companies are here for you. Make it part of your routine.
