The 2026 Spring Career Ready Cohort brought together 314 motivated first‑year, sophomore, and junior women for a 25–30‑hour virtual career accelerator, representing 61 universities—including 51 Forté undergraduate member schools—with strong diversity across the cohort, including 40% first‑generation students and 40% Pell Grant recipients.
