Become an Employer of choice

for college women exploring careers in technology

Build your pipeline of diverse early‑career women ready to lead in tech.

HOSTED BY

Raymond James
.

Forté’s undergraduate community includes thousands of motivated women from 70+ member schools who are exploring careers at the intersection of business and technology. These students represent a wide range of majors — including computer science, data analytics, information systems, business, engineering, and the liberal arts — and are actively seeking pathways into product, data, UX, analytics, cybersecurity, AI, and other tech‑enabled roles.

At the Biz Tech Conference, employers will engage with:

  • Students who are career‑curious and tech‑motivated, eager to understand real pathways into the industry
  • Women who bring diverse academic backgrounds, strong analytical thinking, and interdisciplinary problem‑solving
  • Undergraduates who value mission‑driven employers committed to equity, innovation, and inclusive workplaces
  • Talent from Forté’s national network of member schools, representing a broad range of geographies, identities, and experiences

This event gives employers early access to women who are building the skills, confidence, and professional readiness to thrive in tech‑enabled roles.
