The 2025 Fall College Fast Track to Finance Conference brought together a diverse cohort of students from 77 undergraduate institutions, with a strong representation of juniors (51.43%) and sophomores (39.0%).
Hosted by Truist, in Charlotte, NC , the event showcased a dynamic pipeline of future finance professionals, with 36.19% of attendees majoring in Business - Finance and notable interest in Economics (18.10%) and Computer Sciences (12.38%). The participant pool was predominantly Asian/Pacific Islander (68.57%), followed by Black/African American (11.43%) and White students (9.52%), reflecting a growing multicultural presence in finance pathways. Over one-third (35.24%) identified as first-generation college students, underscoring Forté’s commitment to equity and access. The conference served as a strategic touchpoint for students—primarily juniors and sophomores—to explore careers in finance, connect with industry leaders, and gain insights into the professional landscape. With zero representation from majors like Communications, Political Science, and Liberal Arts, the event’s academic focus leaned heavily toward quantitative and business disciplines, aligning with the sector’s evolving demands.
