The 2026 Spring College Fast Track to Finance Conference brought together a diverse cohort of students from 66 undergraduate institutions, with a strong representation of juniors (38.76%), sophomores (43.8%), and first generation students (16.85%)
Hosted by Truist, in Charlotte, NC , the event showcased a dynamic pipeline of future finance professionals, with 43.35% of attendees majoring in Business - Finance and notable interest in Economics (20.81%) and Accounting (8.1%). The participant pool was predominantly Asian/Pacific Islander (52.78%), followed by White (22.22%) and Black students (10%), reflecting a growing multicultural presence in finance pathways. Over one-third (41%) identified as first-generation college students, underscoring Forté’s commitment to equity and access. The conference served as a strategic touchpoint for students—primarily juniors and sophomores — to explore careers in finance, connect with industry leaders, and gain insights into the professional landscape.
