In 2025, 444 women registered for the Women Business Leaders Conference in London, and 130 shared their resumes with the conference resume book.
They arrived at two distinct career stages. The Early Career track drew 187 registrants, ages 22 to 27 and most commonly 27, working at employers including Accenture, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Gartner, and Pegasystems. The MBA Alumni + Professionals track drew 257, with 54% currently enrolled in MBA programs at Alliance Manchester, Cambridge (Judge), EDHEC, Imperial College, London Business School, and Oxford (Saïd). The professionals alongside them came from Accenture, Amazon, Citi, Google, and Standard Chartered Bank.
For sponsors, that range is the draw. One event in London puts your team in front of women actively weighing their next move at two different points in a career, from first promotions through post-MBA leadership roles. Recruiters hear what these candidates want directly from them, in conversations no resume screen or search result will surface.
