Forté MBALaunch Accelerator is a resource-intensive program and is supported by Forté partners. By submitting this form and payment, I acknowledge and understand that the content and connections I access as part of Forté MBALaunch Accelerator are for my personal use only.

1. Enrollment Confirmation and Fees

I understand that Forté MBALaunch Accelerator enrollment is at the sole discretion of Forté. My enrollment is not confirmed until I receive an official confirmation of enrollment, which is separate from the automated confirmation of payment.

The $499 enrollment fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable from year to year once enrollment is confirmed. In the event that Forté exercises its discretion to deny my enrollment after payment has been processed, a full refund of the $499 fee will be issued.

2. Program Completion & Content Access

I acknowledge that there are specific module completion deadlines, trackable time requirements, and participation milestones required to remain in and complete the program, as detailed in the official program syllabus.

• Failure to Complete: I understand that failure to meet these established program requirements will result in the forfeiture of my access to Forté MBALaunch Accelerator materials and platform. In the event I fail to complete the program, the $499 enrollment fee remains nonrefundable.
• Program Dismissal: I understand that failure to adhere to Forté program policies and code of conduct will result in immediate dismissal from the program and forfeiture of all fees.
• Access Expiration: I understand that regardless of my completion status, all participant access to Forté MBALaunch Accelerator content will officially expire and terminate on May 30, 2027.

3. Application Fee Waivers

I understand that in order to receive business school application fee waivers, I must successfully fulfill all program completion criteria as outlined in the learning management system and submit an official GMAT, GRE, or EA score.

Fee waivers will only be issued after successful completion has been verified by Forté. I also understand these application fee waivers apply strictly to select Forté member business schools and are valid only for the 2026–2027 application cycle. Fee waivers cannot be deferred or rolled over to future cycles.
