Forté seeks to amplify the voices and experiences of all women. Each year, we hold Forté Diversity Day to empower those who have historically been underrepresented in business to move forward in their careers and grow as leaders.

Join us at this free symposium on Nov. 2 to network with motivated peers, connect with mission-aligned organizations, and explore how the MBA can help you rise up in the business world.

  • Who: Early career professionals who have specific elements of their identity that have been underrepresented in business.
  • What: This symposium focuses on the lived experiences of women business leaders who have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers who identify as African American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American will be featured.

  • 5 - 5:30 pm ET — Welcome & Keynote
    Kick off the event with an introduction to Forté and inspiring remarks from our keynote speaker (TBA).
  • 5:30 - 6:15 pm ET — Business School Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Roundtable
    Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives are a high priority at business schools around the world. Hear experts discuss how b-schools are shaking up the status quo by developing more equitable and inclusive communities.
  • 6:15 - 7 pm ET — MBA Student and Alumni Panel
    Successful MBA alumni and current students from Forté partner business schools speak candidly about their b-school experiences, share personal insights, and answer audience questions.
  • 7 - 8 pm ET — MBA Admissions Hot Topic Roundtables
    We know the start of the MBA journey can be daunting. This is your chance to speak directly with admissions reps from high-ranking business schools. Admissions experts will host table discussions around important application topics.
  • 8 - 9 pm ET — Networking and Business School Expo
    Network with business school reps, MBA students and alumni, and other pre-MBA candidates.
