Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper School of Business), MBA 2011Sylvia has over 15 years of experience in the data, analytics, and AI field, striving for building intelligent solutions that drive the strategy and direction of any business. Sylvia started her career in her hometown Taiwan as a Data Mining consultant, focusing on solutions that managed risks in the financial industry. After pursuing an MBA degree at Carnegie Mellon University, she joined Kearney in New York City as an Analytics Associate, and then The Weather Company where she grew her career from being an individual contributor to a senior leader who manages a global team that covers the entire company’s data and AI needs.

New York University (Stern School of Business), MBA 2018Vidhya is currently Managing Director, VP at TD Securities (TDS), and Chief Information Officer for Corporate and Investment Banking & Research & Strategy, overseeing technology for the following areas: Credit Management and Corporate Lending (including Leveraged Loans Sales & Trading), Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Global Transaction Banking. In addition, she runs the following technology areas supporting the cross dealer/securities: CRM, Digital Marketing, ESG, Client Onboarding/ KYC, Technology Business Development, and Compliance, Supervisory, & Surveillance. She is also the lead for WIT (Women in Technology) at TDS and leads the leadership pillar for P&T WIT.
Vidhya has over 33 years of experience in the Financial Industry. Prior to TD, she has held various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, BNY Mellon, and Citigroup focused on building innovative technology solutions and driving transformation for the following businesses: Banking, Lending, Investment Services, OTC & Exchange Traded Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Equity Research, and Mortgage- Backed Securities.
Vidhya holds a computer science degree from Queens College, New York and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business, New York University.
Vidhya has traveled extensively and has lived in 6 countries including Nigeria, Austria, Zambia, Turkey, India, and United States.

Feli Oikonomopoulou

MBA, Yale School of ManagementFeli is the Founder and CEO of WealthMeUp.ai (WMU), an AI-native wealth infrastructure platform reimagining how people build financial security through everyday behavior. WMU embeds investing directly into commerce and lifestyle experiences, enabling brands to replace short-term discounts with rewards that compound into long-term wealth. Built on behavioral finance and AI-driven personalization, the platform is designed to close structural gaps in access to investing—particularly for women and younger professionals.
In parallel, Feli serves as Director of Research at the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management, where she leads research at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational change. Her work focuses on how companies navigate periods of disruption—such as rapid AI adoption—while maintaining trust, social license, and scalable growth.
Previously, Feli was Counsel & Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, advising on complex Banking & Finance and Capital Markets transactions. Earlier in her career, she practiced investment management and financial regulation at Linklaters in Luxembourg and Paris, and worked with a leading U.S. investment bank, giving her deep exposure to global financial systems, regulation, and risk.Feli holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, where she was a Dean Edward A. Snyder Scholar, recipient of the Henry F. McCance Entrepreneurial Award, and a Forté MBA Fellow. She also earned a Magister Juris (MJur) from the University of Oxford and an LLB from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Elizabeth St. Onge
Head of Digital Assets Product and Strategy, TD Securities
Elizabeth is the Head of Digital Assets Product and Strategy at TD Securities, leading a newly established function focused on advancing TD’s digital assets agenda across three core areas: client management and business development, thought leadership and strategy, and leadership of key enterprise initiatives and product development. Elizabeth brings deep knowledge of client needs and industry best practices, and will lead consortia participation, industry engagement, research, and partnerships in digital assets.
She first joined TD as Head of Product Management for Global Transaction Banking, driving strategy and product delivery across all client segments and geographies. With over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking, and payments, Elizabeth has held leadership positions at Citibank, Oliver Wyman, Treasury Strategies, and Selkirk Financial Technologies. Her expertise spans the full business delivery lifecycle, including sales, product management, client service, operations, and technology. Elizabeth also serves on the Advisory Board for Women in Payments USA and is a frequent public speaker and published author on innovation, culture, and diversity in financial services.
