Is your internship or full-time role starting virtually this summer? Most organizations will do all they can to set you up for success in a remote work environment including providing a laptop, facilitating online onboarding and training, and offering virtual networking opportunities. However, there may be other accommodations you need in order to be successful on the job.
This session will review the types of requests hiring managers fielded through the pandemic. It will also share how you can advocate for yourself and your needs with your manager or organization.
