Hear directly from women who've built successful careers in consulting and related industries as they unpack what AI actually changes about how success gets built, which skills hold their value, and what's worth paying attention to now versus later. Kearney partner Tatiana Perim maintains a laser focus on her clients. As one of the firm’s foremost experts in the beauty sector, she strives to help companies grow their top line through digital transformation, sales channel maximization, and other revenue-growth techniques.

“The beauty industry has always been an interest of mine; in fact, my very first internship was with a beauty company in Brazil,” Tatiana says. “It’s a fascinating area and I’m passionate about it. Of course, it really helps when you like the product. That’s what drove my initial interest in the space.”

When Tatiana moved to Kearney’s New York office from São Paulo in 2018, she began working on a major international beauty account that she now leads. “My years in the beauty sector have been amazing. Being able to be part of and lead a key account, there’s a lot that I have learned and gained expertise in,” she reflects. “Getting to work across the client’s different regions and divisions on highly strategic problems and topics has been amazing.

“The opportunity to be close to top executives matters to me,” she continues. “I like being a trusted advisor to them. It’s a lot of pressure and a huge challenge, but at the same time it’s very rewarding.”

Although Tatiana has spent much of her career with Kearney, she did take advantage of an opportunity to work in industry from 2011 to 2016 at Brazilian retailer Magazine Luiza. While with Magalu, she held several roles related to digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and new business development. She credits the experience with deepening her appreciation for the challenges faced by clients.

Tatiana, her husband, and their two children live in the Boston area, where she enjoys a range of athletic activities, including running, handball, and triathlon training.

This isn't a rundown you could piece together from articles and LinkedIn posts. You're in the room with women who've actually navigated the shift AI is bringing to consulting and related fields, and you get to ask them the questions that matter to your own path. Show up ready to compare notes, test your assumptions against people living this in real time, and walk out with a clearer read on where to put your energy next. The panel gives you the framework; the networking reception is where you turn it into your own next move.

Our top three tangible takeaways from this event:

  • 1

A working read on what AI actually changes.

You'll hear how AI is reshaping day-to-day work in consulting and related fields, straight from women building careers through that shift, so you can separate the noise from what's really worth tracking.
  • 2

A sense of which skills are holding their value.

The panel will name what still matters most as AI takes over more of the routine work, giving you something concrete to invest in rather than guessing at.
  • 3

Direct connections with people ahead of you on this path.

The networking reception puts you face to face with panelists and peers thinking through the same questions, so you leave with names and conversations, not just notes.
