Meet the Speakers
-
Rachel Harrington
Director, MBA and Experienced Career Success
FortéRachel Harrington leads the MBA and Experiences Career Success Team at Forté Foundation, where she works directly with companies to build recruiting and talent development programs for college, MBA, and professional women. Her career spans law, higher education, and the arts: she practiced as an attorney at Nutter, McClennen & Fish before moving into corporate philanthropy at Babson College and later the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. That path, from courtroom to boardroom to gallery, gives her a sharp read on what actually moves organizations to invest in women’s advancement, not just what sounds good in a mission statement.
Rachel holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Syracuse University. Attendees can expect her to bring the kind of hard-won, insider perspective on corporate partnership and talent strategy that only comes from having sat on every side of the table.
