Lisha Davis is an innovation leader, venture builder, startup investor, and business strategist who has been fortunate enough to have served on all sides of the business table. Throughout her career, she has been a GM and operator, entrepreneur and intrapreneur, board member and advisor, managed large P&Ls as well as built, launched & scaled new products & businesses.

She is also the founder of Pave, a future of work startup dedicated to bridging the human capital gap. Pave aims to support career explorers to find their ideal career paths & navigate their transition and pivot with greater ease. An angel investor and startup advisor, Lisha is also an educator at Temple University, teaching an MBA course on Open Innovation & Strategic Alliances. She considers herself a lifelong advocate of DEI and champion for increasing representation of diverse founders and funders.

Katrina's work was inspired by her own 20-month career break where she saved $40,000 in just 18 months to quit her corporate job to travel the world. As the child of a single working mother, Kathryn Valentine grew up acutely aware of the many ways in which the working world wasn’t working for women. After starting her career at McKinsey and Company, Kathryn spent her time in business school researching how to negotiate specifically as a woman. that work is the foundation of her research-based approach to women’s leadership development.

Kathryn is now the CEO of Worthmore Strategies, where she leverages research to help organizations advance and retain female talent. Her clients include multi-national companies such as JP Morgan, KPMG, and Cox Communications. She has spoken at Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg business schools and numerous women's conferences. her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Adweek, Forbes and Business Insider.

Kathryn lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two active sons. She enjoys reading and running and treasures any precious moment alone.
