When Diti Bhasin stepped into her MBA journey, she wasn’t just seeking a credential — she was searching for community, clarity, and a way to lead with purpose. Today, as Principal and Chief Strategy Officer at Flexability, she’s doing just that: shaping inclusive workplaces and championing equity from the inside out. But her journey began with a pivotal moment of belonging — as a Forté Fellow.
“Being a Forté Fellow was life-changing,” Diti reflects. “It gave me more than a financial advantage — it gave me a community of women who were ambitious, generous, and deeply committed to lifting each other up.”

she’s shaping the future of the organization that helped shape her.
That sense of belonging didn’t end with graduation. Diti’s relationship with Forté has grown into a lifelong connection, one that continues to open doors and deepen her impact. Through MBA alumni programming, leadership opportunities, and her role on the Alumni Leadership Council, she’s shaping the future of the organization that helped shape her.
“Forté isn’t just a program you ‘go through’ — it’s a network you carry with you,” she says.
Her decision to become a donor and council member was driven by a desire to pay it forward. “I’ve seen firsthand the difference Forté makes,” she explains. “Giving back felt natural — a way to ensure the next generation of women leaders has the same opportunities I did.”
For Diti, alumni play a critical role in Forté’s evolution. “We’re proof points,” she says. “By sharing our stories, we show women what’s possible. By mentoring, we open doors. And by giving back, we ensure Forté has the resources to keep growing.”
Her engagement goes beyond financial support. Diti frequently moderates panels and presents at Forté programs, driven by a simple but powerful motivation: “I want to be the person I needed when I was starting out. Someone who says, ‘You belong here, and you can do this.’”

Her MBA experience was transformative — not just professionally, but personally. “It helped me step into my voice,” she shares. “It taught me how to lead, how to navigate complex change, and how to center people in the process.”
To women considering an MBA, Diti offers encouragement grounded in experience: “If you’re even thinking about it, you already have what it takes. The MBA isn’t just about the credential — it’s about the way it teaches you to think differently, more strategically, and with greater confidence.”
Looking back, she’s most proud of staying true to herself. “Business school can pressure you to follow a certain path,” she says. “But I leaned into my passion for being people-centered, creating environments where diverse perspectives are welcomed. That commitment has shaped my career and continues to guide the kind of leader I strive to be.”
