2022 Undergraduate Highlights
- Forté provided guidance on career paths and personal brand development to more than 200 undergraduate women at two in-person fall conferences for the first time since 2019. Registration for our next in-person conference opens in January 2023.
- More than 2,000 undergrad students joined the Forté community in 2022.
- Our Undergraduate Campus Ambassadors program is at nearly 100 ambassadors, representing more than 30 partner schools.
- The Forté Women in Business Affiliate Network launched in 2022, with more than 50 clubs now connected and sharing best practices.
2022 Early Career Highlights
- This year marked the return of our in-person MBA Forums. We held eight in-person events, helping more than 2,500 women begin their MBA journey.
- Our six virtual MBA Forums connected more than 3,500 women with top business schools across North America and Europe. We are holding more virtual MBA Forums in the spring — we hope you will join us. Mark your calendar.
- With the help of our comprehensive MBALaunch program, more than 600 women are getting ready to hit submit on their business school applications. If you’re planning to apply to b-school next fall, we can help you stay on track too. Join our 2023 MBALaunch cohort.
- Our self-paced MBALaunch On Demand program helped more than 200 women build their best MBA application. Registration will open for this online application prep program in the spring.

2022 MBA Highlights
- Forté helped more than 1,100 MBA women by hosting two in-person conferences and one virtual conference.
- More than 3,000 MBAs participated in 19 webinars, including Forté’s Conquer Your Career series. Register for an upcoming webinar and watch our top webinar on demand anytime: Conquer Your Career: Consulting.
- New this year, more than 180 MBA women expanded their networks on Networking Day, two virtual networking opportunities featuring speed networking and themed discussions around topics such as balancing parenthood and business school, exploring entrepreneurial ventures, and examining career-related topics.
- Over the summer, 86 women connected and expanded their networks around the U.S. through Summer Meet-Ups in person at locations in Dallas, MInneapolis, Seattle, and Chicago.
- 135 MBA women leaders learned about inclusive leadership, data sharing, influencing without authority, and leading through generational change at the virtual Campus Leadership Summit.
2022 Professional Highlights
- Our two virtual career fairs connected more than 2,500 job candidates and partner companies. Stay tuned for our next virtual career fair in spring 2023.
- The Rise Leadership Program assisted 22 seasoned professionals in taking the next big step toward an executive-level role. Applications are now being accepted for the spring 2023 cohort. Apply today.
