Kristi Milczarczyk is Vice President, Senior Recruiting Manager for the PNC Financial Services Group. Milczarczyk joined PNC in April of 2010. As the head of Campus Recruiting, she is responsible for leading activities to attract junior talent to all business lines, building and maintaining key university partnerships and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Milczarczyk is responsible for the strategic direction of the Campus Recruiting team and leading change as PNC’s hiring needs continue to grow. Milczarczyk is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations and minors in Business Administration and Psychology.
