I found that the MBA has been extremely useful and extremely valuable in education. Chicago Public Schools is a $5 billion industry. When you think about what it totals up to, and what you're really doing, our CEO is running a $5 billion business.
For me, it's marrying both things because I really enjoy that piece of it, but the business is education and the business is kids. And for me that's just the best combination.
