Forté thrives in the transformative force of community, mentorship, and opportunity—committed to women before, during, and long after the MBA experience. Alumni have always been central to that journey, building city specific networks, strengthening connections, and uplifting the next generation of women leaders.
In 2022, the first formal Forte alumni group formed. The Forte Alumni Board (formerly Alumni Leadership Council) is a select group of MBA alumni leaders who engage our community of 30,000+ alumni and serve as mentors to the next generation of women leaders. This year, Forté is proud to announce the Forté Legacy Circle, a new opportunity for former Forté Board & Alumni Board members to remain connected to the community they helped build.
A New and Balanced Way to Stay Connected
Taking the next step in life professionally and/or personally should not mean stepping away from the passions and communities that have shaped your journey. The Legacy Circle offers a flexible way for women to stay connected to Forté’s mission and impact, even as their careers, families, and personal commitments evolve. Designed for those who have cycled off their active board service, this group creates a meaningful path to remain engaged, contribute with purpose, and continue supporting the next generation of women leaders.
Legacy Circle Benefits Include:
- Exclusive Connection with Forté leadership, Forté Alumni Board, and other Legacy Circle members
- Recognition as advocates in impact reports and features in alumni campaigns and spotlights

Every Forté leader leaves a lasting impact. The programs, relationships, and opportunities available to women today exist because previous generations of alumni leaders chose to invest their time, expertise, and resources in building something bigger than themselves.
The Legacy Circle honors that commitment while creating a path for continued engagement. It recognizes that leadership evolves over time, but the desire to support and uplift future generations remains.
