Having an MBA has helped me in a few different ways. One, it’s helped me grow and understand different things professionally. The amazing thing about that degree is you get exposed to people from all sorts of different backgrounds.
In an MBA, you have advertising, arts, business, consulting, people in education. It’s a good hodgepodge of different experience on learning how to grow and avoid groupthink, and learn how to engage and learn from different people to get to the right answer.
